Dean's Advisory Council
The College of Business Administration Dean's Advisory Council was established in 1978. Through its members' experience and advice, it strengthens the educational programs and services of the College. Council meetings bring into closer and more regular contact the University and members of the business community. Accounting Advisory Board
The Board was formed in 1987 to assist the accounting programs at Marquette University. Board membership consists of professionals who are partners in public accounting or the equivalent in corporate and governmental positions. The Board has assisted the accounting program with developing a recruiting video, adding internships, meeting with accreditation reviewers and advising the department on curriculum matters. International Business Advisory Council
The International Business Board of Advisors (IBOA) is the conduit to the business community that provides industry related advice to the Director of International Business Studies. This body offers insight on curricular issues, and serves in a mentorship capacity for the IB students. IBOA also supplies internship opportunities in international companies for the IB students. Real Estate Advisors
The purpose of the Bell Chair Advisors is to advise the Bell Chair on issues of curriculum, student placement, student mentoring, and community outreach as they relate to the Real Estate Program. The mission of the Real Estate Program is to provide the real estate community with innovative, effective, ethically committed (in the Philosophy of St. Ignatius) applied real estate decision-makers through superior teaching, quality research and community outreach. The Bell Chair Advisors extend and apply the reach of the Bell Chair into real estate profession and more broadly into the business and not-for-profit community. For more information, please contact:

Business Administration Alumni Association
The Business Administration Alumni Association helps connect alumni to the College and one another and to raise friends, funds, and freshmen for Marquette. Currently, its annual activities include a career night for freshmen, a problem-solving competition for high school students interested in business, a reception for alumni and friends prior to a Marquette basketball game, local networking events, an awards program to honor outstanding alumni, and a golf outing to raise funds for scholarships and/or projects that enhance the Marquette experience for students. All of the College's alumni are members of the Alumni Association, but the activities are directed by a board of directors. The board meets monthly from September through May.
