Dr. Peck is a member of American Finance Associate, Financial Management Associate, and Midwest Financial Association. She has published several articles in the areas of corporate governance, share ownership structure, and leveraged buyouts, including two in the Journal of Financial Economics. She serves as an ad hoc referee for Management Science, The Financial Review, Journal of Financial Research, Managerial Issues, The Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance.
