He currently serves on the editorial review board for the Journal of Consumer Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction and Complaining Behavior. His research has been published in a variety of academic and trade journals including Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Affairs, Journal of Business Ethics, Communication Monographs, Customer Relationship Management, Business and Society Review, Journal of Consumer Marketing, and Journal of Consumer Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction and Complaining Behavior. Other Information: Dr. Garrett serves on the board of directors for the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau, Educational Credials Evaluators, and the Wisconsin chapter of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP). He has also served as a volunteer consultant for the Better Business Bureau IN St. Louis and Milwaukee. In addition, he has consulted in the areas of customer satisfaction and marketing strategy for a variety of corporations including Miller Building System, Snoway Corporation, Southwestern Bell, S.C. Johnson Wax, Wisconsin Electric, Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company.
