Internships

The MSAE program offers several internship opportunities to students once they have completed their first year of graduate study. Internships afford our students the opportunity to apply the empirical tools learned in the MSAE program in a real-world business setting. Recently, students have interned at Miller Brewing, M&I Bank, Broan-Nutone, Orion Lighting, Emory Business Advisors, Quaestus & Company, and Johnson Controls. We continue to cultivate additional internship opportunities.
International students may need to apply some of their practical training to be eligible for internships. However, a few internships have met the guidelines for curricular practical training. Be aware that this is done in conjunction for enrolling in a Practicum in Applied Economics course (ECON 270) that is typically 3 credits. The credits DO NOT count toward the 30 credits needed for the MSAE degree.
