MBA Program - Kohler

A unique program, offered in conjunction with the Kohler Company, but not limited to Kohler employees.  Qualified candidates from all corporations are welcome!  We are recruiting for the cohort that will begin in August 2010.

This is your chance to earn a high quality Marquette MBA degree, just closer to home or work.

  • Marquette University is offering its same high quality MBA Program at the Kohler Co.
  • Courses are taught by Marquette's regular faculty.
  • This is a lock-step, cohort program, completing the MBA in 33 months.
  • Each entering class must have a minimum of 35 students, and a maximum of 40 students, drawn from both within Kohler and outside.
  • Students will enroll in two courses each semester and in the summer.
  • The courses will run from approximately 5:30 to 10:45 pm.
  • We are recruiting for the cohort that will begin in August 2010.

 

Kohler Site Course Offerings

There will be two classes offered each semester, back-to-back on the same night - once per week starting at 5:30 and ending at 10:45. Classes will be offered during the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters at the equivalent pace of two per term.

This is a"lock-step — cohort group", ideally all students will complete the program as a group, taking all of their classes together. Students who drop out of the cohort group are not guaranteed entry into another group. However, these students may complete their program requirements through courses taken at the Milwaukee campus.

Application Process and Requirements:

Mark your application "KOHLER PROGRAM."

The successful completion of a four-year undergraduate degree with a recommended GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) is necessary for enrollment in the MBA program.

Students may apply for Regular Degree, or Temporary Degree status. It is recommended that students apply for Regular Degree Status when possible.

Applicants for degree status must submit all materials directly to the Graduate School of Management:

  • A completed application form and $40 fee. Mark your application "KOHLER PROGRAM."
  • Official transcripts from all current and previous colleges except Marquette.
  • Official test scores from the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT).
  • Essay questions on page 2 of the application form.
  • Résumé or job profile.

(Additional requirements for international applicants only):

  • Three letters of recommendation.
  • Official TOEFL score or other acceptable proof of English proficiency.

For applicants for Temporary status, which is valid for one semester only:

  • A completed application form and $40 fee. Mark your application "KOHLER PROGRAM."
  • Official transcripts from all current and previous colleges except Marquette.
  • Essay questions on page 2 of the application form.
  • Résumé or job profile.
  • International applicants on an F-1 visa are not eligible for this status.
