MBA Program - Waukesha
The MBA Program - Waukesha offers you the chance to earn a high quality Marquette MBA degree, just closer to home or work.
Marquette University
is offering its same high quality MBA Program, in collaboration
with GE Healthcare in Waukesha. Classes are
not limited to GE employees. Qualified candidates
from all corporations are welcome! We are currently recruiting
for our eleventh class, beginning August 2009.
Classes are held at MRA - The Management Association just minutes off Highway 94.
- Courses are taught by Marquette's regular, full-time faculty.
- This is a lock-step, cohort program, completing the MBA in two and a half years.
- Each entering class must have a minimum of 35 students, and a maximum of 40 students, drawn from both within GE and outside.
- Students will enroll in two courses each semester and in the summer.
- The courses will be offered on Monday nights for the
August 2009 entering class and run from approximately
5:15 to 10:30pm.
- You can apply now for admission and registration for
classes beginning in August, 2009.
There will be
the equivalent of two classes offered each semester, back-to-back
on the same night - once per week (for the class beginning
August 2009, this will be Monday nights) starting at 5:15
and ending at 10:30.
Classes will be offered during the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters at the pace of two per term.
As a "lock-step -- cohort group" there are no additional entries to the program once the group has matriculated. Students who drop out of a cohort group are not guaranteed entry into another group. However, these students may be able to complete their program requirements through courses taken at the Milwaukee campus.
- The successful completion of a four-year undergraduate degree with a recommended GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale, from an accedited school is necessary for enrollment in the MBA program.
- Students may apply for Regular Degree, Temporary Degree, or Non-degree status. It is recommended that students apply for Regular Degree Status when possible.
Applicants for Regular Degree status must submit all materials directly to the Graduate School of Management, Straz Hall Executive Center, Suite 275:
- A completed application form and $40 fee. Important: Please be sure to mark your application "WAUKESHA PROGRAM."
- Official transcripts from all current and previous colleges except Marquette.
- Official test scores from the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT).
- Essay questions on page 2 of the application form.
- Résumé or job profile.
(Additional requirements for international applicants only):
- Three letters of recommendation.
- Official TOEFL score or other acceptable proof of English proficiency.
Applicants for Temporary status must submit all materials directly to the Graduate School of Management, Straz Hall Executive Center, Suite 275:
- A completed application form and $40 fee. Important: Please be sure to mark your application "WAUKESHA PROGRAM."

Take 1-94 to Hwy 164 (formerly Hwy J)
Travel North on Hwy 164, past Thunder Bay Grill Restaurant, to Riverwood Drive
Turn Left (west) on Riverwood Drive
MRA is the westernmost office building and is on the left. The address is MRA, N19 W24400 Riverwood Drive, Waukesha.
Once in the parking lot head to the east side of the building and enter from the doorway at the top of the stairs.
