IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The deadline to turn in the application has passed.

• This form is not to be used by new freshmen (entering Fall 2008).

• This form is for currently enrolled undergraduate students of the College of Business Administration who will be undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Business Administration during the academic year 2008-2009 OR for students will are transferring into the College of Business Administration and who will be undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Business Administration during the academic year 2008-2009.

• You can fill out the form and then print or you can print and fill out the form by hand.

• Submit your complete form to the College’s Main Office (101 Straz Hall) no later than noon on Friday, May 2, 2008.

• Students that are currently studying abroad should contact Executive Associate Dean Jim McGibany (james.mcgibany@marquette.edu) for a version of the form that can be submitted electronically.
