Business Career Center
The goals of the Business Career Center in the College of Business Administration are to provide exceptional professional preparation and resources for our undergraduate and graduate students as well as our alumni, and to help connect those groups with firms and organizations seeking employees and interns.
In conjunction with the Marquette University Career Services Center and the trilogy of our LEAD courses, our undergraduate students can get career help that will make them ready for internships and eventual career placement. As part of our Mentor Program, students have a chance to interact one-on-one with a business professional in their field to help them explore career options, guide them with their career search, learn the art of networking and much more. The career skills students receive in those programs along with the knowledge and skills acquired in the classroom help provide the foundation for an applied learning and work experience through our internship program. All students can register for and use the MU Career Manager, a shared resource with the MU Career Services Center that provides students easy access to job postings, and allows employers easy access to post jobs and to view resumes and career credentials of students. The Career Explorer also provides users up-to-date information about career fairs, workshops, seminars and other events as well as a schedule of upcoming on-campus interviews.
