LEAD Program
Marquette University's LEAD (Leadership Education and Development) program is designed to prepare undergraduate students for successful business careers. For each of their first three years in the College of Business Administration, students complete a one-credit LEAD course covering a variety of applied topics such as professional expectations and standards, leadership skills, teamwork skills, communication skills, diversity awareness, global business orientation, ethical issues in business, and career planning strategies. As such, the LEAD program serves as a solid complement to the rigorous theoretical training MU business students receive in their required academic courses. A unique feature of the LEAD courses is that MU students will frequently have the opportunity to learn directly from successful business executives regarding their insights on these critical topics.
